The automatic PSA press guarantees the best possible pressing action for various mould formats, proving itself indispensible for industrial production

The desired pressing force and time may be set through the touch screen control panel, thereby ensuring perfect product uniformity.

The operator needs only to place the mould on the infeed conveyor
Handle centering and automatic reading of the mould guaranty that the mould is perfectly positioned under the pressing head, thus optimizing production and eliminating down time, reaching a maximum production output of 500 moulds/h.

The main hatch is equipped with a transparent polycarbonate window to allow monitoring the process visually. Furthermore, this hatch may be easily opened to access the inside of the machine and carry out any required cleaning and sanitizing work.
